If you are received the defect or wrong items, you may return it within five (5) working days upon received. After that, we have the right to refuse service. The product(s) must be unworn and still in the original packaging.

Customers are advised to email us first at [email protected] with your #ORDER ID and product details before returning the product or you can directly whatsApp us at +60172148400. Customers need to provide proof of the defect or wrong items received to speed up the process.

Any products returned must abide the terms mentioned above. All shipping cost are borne by Beroyalbutton and we are not liable until item reaches our office. You need to provide us the tracking number as you sent out the products.

The products can be exchanged if the same products still available in stock. If not we need to refund the full price in five (5) working days starting the products arrived our office.  

For our Oversea Customer, no need to return the defect/wrong items. You just need to email or WhatsApp us the proof of the defect/wrong items within five (5) working days upon received. After that, we have the right to refuse service. All shipping costs are borne by customer and we are not liable until item reaches our office.

 

1. Can I exchange for other items or products?

Yes you can! But you need to choose products with the same price or higher. If the price is higher, you need to pay the total changes amount. 


2. How do I know if my order has been sent again?

We will notify you the tracking number by email or WhatsApp after we send out the parcel.


3.How long will my return or exchange be processed?

All returns and exchanges will be processed in five (5) working days upon receiving the products at our office.
